Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who values connection, honesty, and creating a space where you can feel fully seen without judgment. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, low confidence, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, and together we begin to make sense of those patterns in a way that feels clear and manageable. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident in yourself, and more connected in your relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and parts work. I focus on helping you understand your emotions, not just manage them, so you can respond to your life and relationships with more clarity and intention. With individuals, this often means building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-trust. With couples, I focus on improving communication, reducing conflict, and strengthening emotional connection. I tailor therapy to each person, but the foundation is always compassion, curiosity, and practical change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive environment where we begin to understand what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping will feel different. I’ll ask some questions to get a sense of your history and current challenges, but it won’t feel like an interrogation. We’ll also start identifying goals and what progress might look like for you. Many clients leave the first session feeling a sense of relief, clarity, and hope, with a clearer direction for how we’ll move forward together.
