Great to meet you!

I'm highly skilled in working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and life transitions. I'm passionate about helping individuals and couples thrive and work to create a safe environment where patients feel comfortable and motivated to make changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and active approach, guiding and supporting patients in developing insight and strength in order to grow.

What you can expect from me

I'm committed to developing an authentic space for patients to realize their goals. Over the years, I have helped patients work through issues including addiction, loss, family conflict, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. I have a solid foundation in evidence-based techniques, including psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a set of interventions that seek to change thoughts, feelings, or behaviors that aren’t working and replace them with healthier alternatives.
