Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jake—a dedicated marriage and family therapist who believes in the power of genuine connection and unwavering support. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strength. My mission is to create a safe and empowering space where you can explore, grow, and transform.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy isn’t about giving you the answers—it’s about guiding you to find them within yourself. My approach is grounded in authentic connection. I work alongside you, creating a caring, supportive space where you can uncover your strengths and learn to tackle life’s challenges on your own terms. Together, we’ll chart a path that feels true to you—because lasting change comes from within.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a a supportive non-judgmental space where we begin getting to know each other at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns or questions you may have about the process. I will also gather background information to better understand your experiences, relationships, and cultural considerations. Couples therapy sessions will be conducted in a way that is balanced and respectful where each partner has the opportunity to be heard. The initial session will be about beginning the process of identifying how therapy can support healthier connections and communication.
