Great to meet you!

Hey, I’m Jake. Glad you’re here. I’ve been working in the medical field for over 20 years, and in that time, one thing’s always stayed true: people get better when they feel heard and respected. I’m not your typical provider—I’m not here to lecture or hand out one-size-fits-all plans. I live an active life here in beautiful Oregon and bring that same energy to how I practice: real, grounded, and focused on what actually works.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a team approach. You know your life—I know mental health.

Together, we’ll collaborate to figure out a plan that helps you feel more in control of your health, relationships, and overall life. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, or just feeling stuck—we’ll dig into what’s going on and find solutions that make sense for you.

Medication might be part of the plan, or maybe it’s about dialing in routines and getting to the root of what’s keeping you stuck. Either way, we’ll keep it practical, collaborative, and focused on real progress. Bottom line? I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis. I’m here to listen, work with you, and help you move forward. Let’s do this.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit with me is really about getting to know you—your story, your experiences, and what’s bringing you in right now. It’s a space where you can share at your own pace, without pressure or expectation to have everything figured out. Together, you’ll begin identifying your needs, your goals, and what support might look like for you, and we will use that to start a plan.
