Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW from the University of Utah, and have worked in many areas: domestic violence, substance abuse, youth, LGBTQ, older adults, etc. I'm super passionate, first and foremost, about helping people improve their lives. I'm also hear to listen; you'd be surprised what big a difference just that can make.

My approach to therapy

I love having as much variety as possible, implementing meditations, gratitude journaling, DBT skills, etc. At the same time, I was taught in my training to always let the client be the expert of their own life, and I so agree with that. My favorite modalities are CBT, SFT, MI, etc., and my style is very conversational.

What you can expect from me

I like to think I foster a pretty welcoming environment in therapy. I'm also super goal-oriented, focusing on weekly, monthly, yearly, and beyond goals. My hope is always that a client leaves a session simply feeling better.
