Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward? I’m Jake Santilli, LMHC, and I offer warm, trauma-informed support for individuals, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, identity and sexuality, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood and supported without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, personalized approach to therapy. I draw from approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based, emotion-focused, and trauma-focused work, adapting our sessions to your needs and goals. I aim to bring curiosity, openness, and compassion to our work together, while helping you connect patterns, emotions, and choices in a way that feels practical and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In sessions, you can expect time to slow down, talk honestly, and make sense of what you’re carrying. Together, we can identify useful coping skills, build self-understanding and confidence, and clarify next steps that fit your life. You may leave with a stronger sense of what you need and practical ways to move forward between sessions.
