I've spent seven years as an educator, where I gained valuable skills in communication, patience, problem-solving, and supporting people through challenges inside and outside of the classroom. I am ready to help you navigate the waves of life confidently and with great resilience.
As your future therapist, I believe growth happens through honest conversations, practical tools, and a safe space to show up exactly as you are. I provide space for my clients to gain insight through eclectic modalities to ensure your individual needs are met.
The first session is really about getting to know you and what’s been going on in your life. This is the moment where I begin to get all in your business, so I can understand your experiences and what you’d like support with, but you’re always welcome to share at your own pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to explore what’s most important to you.
