Great to meet you!

I'm Jaki Neering, LCSW, a trauma-informed therapist committed to creating trusting, safe, and affirming spaces where you can feel seen, heard, and valid. I approach therapy with a deep belief in holistic and somatic practices, supporting individuals as they reconnect with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner wisdom. I honor the power of vulnerability and believe in the healing of authentic connection, with both Self and community.

Since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with the LGBTQ+ community, providing culturally competent and identity-affirming care. I truly believe that healing happens when we are met with compassion and validation. I normalize all survival strategies and understand the impacts of trauma. I work gently and collaboratively to help release what no longer serves you.

I believe healing is not only possible, but it’s a profound act of reclamation. You deserve the space to begin!

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the belief that everyone can rediscover their inherent worth. I’m here to support you on your journey toward self-love and living in alignment with your true sense of Self. My approach blends body-based practices, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help foster resilience and personal empowerment.

What you can expect from me

In my approach to therapy, it's important to me that you feel seen and heard. I work collaboratively with you, creating a space where you feel empowered and safe to be your authentic self. My goal is to support you in a way that honors your voice, your pace, and your unique experience.
