Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, sexual difficulties, trauma, and major life changes. I also specialize in sex therapy and frequently work with concerns related to sexual performance, desire, intimacy, and sexual confidence. My practice is sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and welcoming of clients in non-monogamous relationships and kink communities. Outside of therapy, I enjoy taking long walks in nature, writing, solving puzzle boxes, and exploring new restaurants. I also enjoy movies and creative projects that inspire curiosity, reflection, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and practical. I like to understand not only what you are struggling with, but why a pattern may have developed and what purpose it has been serving. Together, we’ll look at what keeps you feeling stuck, build tools that fit your life, and experiment with new ways of responding. I also place a strong emphasis on reducing shame and helping clients better understand themselves rather than simply judging their reactions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you, understand what brought you to therapy, and hear what you would like to change. I try to create a relaxed, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest without feeling like you have to say the “right” thing. We’ll begin identifying patterns, talk about what has or has not helped in the past, and decide together where we want to start. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of what we are working on and what the next steps might look like.
