Great to meet you!

  • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I received my Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work from Eastern Kentucky University. I have had the opportunity to work in many different mental health and healthcare settings to support my knowledge and skills within the mental health community. I utilize a strengths-based approach while also utilizing Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) with my clients. I have experience in many approaches with therapy and we will work together to ensure the most appropriate course of action for your needs.

My approach to therapy

  • I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, men's issues, and behavior modification. My goal is to help clients build on their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session with me, we will go over a lot of "housekeeping" information. This will include your background, history, family, and reasons for pursuing therapy. We will work together during this time to begin setting goals for our time together and discovering how we can best track your progress.
