Great to meet you!

I work with adults and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or navigating significant life transitions. Many clients come to me for support with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and understanding themselves more clearly.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and cultural humility. I focus on helping clients build insight alongside practical skills—such as healthier boundaries, improved communication, and coping tools that support real change outside of session.

I’m a New Jersey and Pennsylvania–licensed professional counselor with experience in individual therapy, crisis intervention, and working with diverse populations. I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to move toward their goals and values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your goals. I help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while also developing practical skills they can use in everyday life. Sessions are thoughtful, focused, and paced to support meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, low-pressure space to share what’s been bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been challenging, and what you’re hoping might change. You’ll leave with greater clarity and a sense of direction for our work together.
