Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor who works with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I believe therapy can be meaningful without feeling heavy all the time, there’s room to laugh, be yourself, and figure things out as we go. I’m big on helping people better understand themselves, their patterns, and how they want to show up in their lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I’m big on understanding and accountability. We can understand where a pattern came from, have compassion for what you’ve experienced, and still be honest about what may need to change. My approach is collaborative and grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. I’ll help you get curious about your patterns, understand what’s underneath them, and make choices that better align with how you want to live and show up.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really a conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s been going on, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly what your goals are; we can figure that out together. I’ll ask questions, you can ask me questions, and we’ll also get a feel for whether we’re a good fit.
