Great to meet you!

You’re the person everyone depends on. You’re capable, thoughtful, and usually the one who figures things out. From the outside, you appear successful, dependable, and put together. Inside, you may feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. You’re tired of overthinking every decision, carrying everyone else’s needs, and feeling like you should always be doing more.

You may struggle to rest without guilt, say no without overexplaining, or express your needs without worrying that you are being difficult, selfish, or “too much.” You hold yourself to high standards, but even your accomplishments rarely feel like enough. Perhaps you have become so good at being productive, helpful, and strong that you are no longer sure what you want or who you are outside of those roles.

Therapy can help you understand the patterns beneath the anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, and relationship difficulties. Together, we will explore what keeps you stuck, strengthen your ability to trust yourself, and help you create healthier boundaries and more fulfilling relationships. The goal is not simply to help you cope with the life you have built. It is to help you build a life that feels like your own.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, collaborative, and gently challenging. Therapy with me goes beyond managing symptoms or simply getting through the week. We’ll explore the patterns beneath anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and relationship difficulties, including how they developed and how they affect you today.

I’ll support you while asking thoughtful questions that help you look beyond familiar explanations and connect more deeply with yourself. Together, we’ll notice where you may be abandoning your needs, seeking external validation, or holding yourself to impossible standards. Our work will help you build self-awareness, establish healthier boundaries, tolerate difficult emotions, and make choices rooted in your values rather than guilt, fear, or obligation.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, authentic, inviting, and gently challenging. You are welcome to come as you are, without needing to have the right words, know where to begin, or appear like you have it all together. Therapy with me is about more than managing symptoms or simply getting through the week.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns beneath perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, over functioning in relationships, and difficulties with self-trust and confidence. I’ll support you while asking thoughtful questions that help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize where you may be neglecting your needs, and make choices rooted in what matters to you rather than guilt, fear, or obligation.
