As a mental health counselor, I am committed to helping individuals and couples learn how to recover from the struggles that life creates. My work focuses on Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationships, and many other issues. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals by utilizing various modalities in order to meet clients where they are in their personal journey.

My approach to therapy

In order to accomplish this, I utilized many therapeutic approaches including, CBT, DBT, solution-focused, family systems, and other techniques. I am passionate about educating and empowering others to live the life they want, developing coping skills, and building strong and healthy relationships; to begin to live their true and authentic life.

Clients can expect a judgement free zone with a counselor who can sit with you in the moment. It is my goal to leave my client's feeling empowered, heard, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
