Great to meet you!

Trauma can leave you feeling disconnected — from your body, your emotions, and even from yourself. I believe healing begins gently and intentionally. As I often tell clients, "you can't heal what you don't feel," but you don't have to feel it alone.

I specialize in single-incident trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, and dissociation. Since 2018, I have worked in crisis and trauma-focused settings, supporting individuals through some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives. Anxiety and depression often accompany trauma, and together we work to understand how all of these pieces fit within your unique story.

My approach to therapy

My style is slow, steady, and deeply collaborative. I meet you exactly where you are — whether you're feeling ready to process or unsure about opening the door at all. I believe "the only way out is through," but we move at a pace that feels safe and grounded.

When we can name what's happening inside, we begin to soften its intensity. You are the expert on your internal system. I'm not inside it — you are. My role is to walk beside you, helping you face what feels uncomfortable while honoring your strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.

Healing isn't about forcing change. It's about creating enough safety to let change unfold.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we will explore what brought you to therapy, how this is impacting your life, how you would prefer your life to look, and begin discussing goals and what you would like to see in your life as a result of therapy.
