Great to meet you!

After seven years as a diversity and social justice director in higher education, I found my calling walking with people through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and questions of identity. I bring a warm, direct style and a deep belief that mental health care should be easy to reach. If you are ready to talk, I would love to hear from you.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I will help you notice the thought patterns that keep anxiety or low mood in the driver's seat, and build practical tools to respond differently in the moment. We will look at the stories you tell about yourself, especially around identity, and rewrite the ones that no longer serve you. Some weeks that means concrete coping skills, other weeks it means sitting with what's hard and guring out together what real change looks like for you. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. No judgment, just honest conversation and steady support.

What you can expect from me

Our rst session is about getting to know each other: what has been weighing on you, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping changes. From there we build a plan that ts your actual life, not a one size ts all script. You can expect a space where you are heard, respected, and never rushed. Many clients tell me that after our rst conversation, they nally feel like someone gets it.
