Great to meet you!

I have been in the nursing field for over a decade. I began as an LPN in 2009. I then went on to obtain my associates degree in nursing in 2016 and my bachelors in 2018. I completed my masters degree in psychiatric mental health nursing in 2021, and then founded Meridian Life Coaching and Counseling, LLC. I am happily married, and mother to 6 wonderful boys. Born and raised in New York, I relocated to Georgia in 2018.

My approach to therapy

At Meridian Life, we want our clients to know that we are on their team. We will work with you to determine what treatment option is best suited for your specific and individualized needs.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions are conducted as a dialogue where clients are able to freely and honestly express their needs, and then, as a team, we determine how to best move forward. Our patients should walk away from our sessions feeling heard, accepted, and understood.
