Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping children, individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I have experience supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, ADHD, and self-esteem challenges.

I believe therapy is not just about healing pain, but about building resilience, strengthening relationships, and equipping clients with tools they can carry into everyday life. My work is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, grounded in the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

I work collaboratively with clients, allowing sessions to flow in the direction that feels most meaningful and necessary for them in the moment. My goal is for my clients to experience empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity, supporting clients as they explore their emotions, experiences, and personal narratives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to experience a focus on building trust and emotional safety. They will also experience validation of their thoughts and emotions without judgment or labels. My goal will be to explore their story, challenges, and goals in their own words. As well as collaboration around what they'd hope to gain from therapy.
