Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience that expands across nearly all levels of care. I specialize in managing depression and anxiety, navigating tumultuous relationships, dealing with past trauma, and making sense of today's political society.

My approach to therapy

My sessions come with a mix of humor, challenging difficult topics and issues, and empowering the client to develop their own solutions to the various issues they struggle with. For trauma, we develop a trauma narrative to process the past. This is followed up with Exposure Therapy to enable the client to re-engage with any avoided people, places, and activities.

What you can expect from me

My most successful clients walk away with small, but effective lifestyle changes to order to address any mental health issues one is dealing with. I encourage clients to take care of themselves as much as possible, because if you're not taking care of yourself, your mental health will suffer. I am not taking EAP clients at this time.
