Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping women feel supported, understood, and empowered in their mental health care. My practice focuses on women’s mental health, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and perinatal mental health concerns throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and other major life transitions.

I believe mental health care should feel personal, collaborative, and judgment-free. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you are experiencing while knowing that your concerns will be taken seriously.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to understand the whole person not just a diagnosis or list of symptoms. We will talk about what you are experiencing, how it is affecting your everyday life, and what you would like to see improve.

I believe clients should be active participants in their treatment, so I prioritize education, open communication, and shared decision-making.

Whether we are discussing medication, lifestyle changes, coping strategies, or additional support, my goal is to create a treatment plan that feels both clinically appropriate and realistic for your lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and develop a clear understanding of what brings you to care. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, mental health history, medical history, medications, relationships, lifestyle, and treatment goals.

You can expect a welcoming and judgment-free environment where you have space to tell your story without feeling rushed. By the end of the visit, my goal is for you to have a better understanding of your treatment options and a clear plan for our next steps together.
