Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years of experience in holistic health and education. I have a master's degree in counseling and clinical psychology, am a licensed mental health counselor and a psychology PhD student. I have 8 years of experience counseling high school students and young adults with transition to college. I received my clinical training and licensure experience with a prominent clinical psychologist and have practiced for over 3 years as a psychotherapist. I have training and experience in psychoeducational assessment and reports. I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples and families.

Now my primary focus is with teens, couples and adults of all ages. Half of my practice consists of men. I use a person-centered and integrative approach including cognitive-behavioral therapy, existential psychotherapy, interpersonal neurobiology and more in order to best serve each client’s unique needs. I believe in the power of collaboration, working with clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their mental health journeys with compassion and understanding. I recognize that life’s challenges, whether related to stress, anxiety, trauma, or difficult transitions, can leave individuals feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. I aim not just to help you manage symptoms, but to help you build resilience, find meaning, and ultimately live a more fulfilling life.
