Great to meet you!
I believe healing is possible, even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, not tell you who to be or how to heal. I offer support, insight, and guidance while gently challenging you when needed so you can grow and heal authentically.
I strive to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. Therapy can be a space to slow down, process what you’re carrying, better understand yourself, and take meaningful steps forward.
While I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, I have a special focus on trauma, PTSD and Complex PTSD; domestic violence, IPV, and toxic relationships; athletes and high performers; substance use and addictions; and life transitions.
With both lived and educational experience in domestic violence, I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to process your experiences, rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with your voice. As a former Division I athlete, I also understand the unique pressures, identity struggles, and performance demands that can come with achievement.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationships, grief, addiction, performance anxiety, or a major life transition, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward.
