Great to meet you!

“And the day came, when risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” - Anias Nin

Choosing a therapist is a significant step, especially when you have spent years feeling misunderstood, managing complex relationships, or carrying experiences that others may not fully understand.

I work with adults navigating nontraditional relationships, including polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, relationship transitions, infidelity recovery, and other complex relational dynamics. I also specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse individuals, neurodivergent adults and relationships, high-achieving creatives, entertainers, professional athletes, and adults healing from childhood sexual abuse and other forms of trauma.

My clients are often publicly successful in many areas of life while privately struggling with anxiety, shame, relationship challenges, identity questions, trust, boundaries, or the lasting effects of traumatic experiences. They are looking for more than a listening ear—they want meaningful insight, honest feedback, and practical strategies that support lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is affirming, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where every aspect of who you are can be discussed openly, without judgment, while helping you build healthier relationships with yourself and the people who matter most.

What you can expect from me

My work is grounded in evidence based, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for the diverse ways people build meaningful lives and relationships. As an AAMFT Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor, I have advanced training in working with complex relational systems, trauma recovery, and diverse communities.

Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and empowering. I provide thoughtful feedback, challenge unhelpful patterns when necessary, and create a space where difficult conversations can happen safely. Whether you are navigating relationship concerns, trauma recovery, identity development, or life transitions, my goal is to help you move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-trust.

I am particularly passionate about serving individuals and relationships that have historically been misunderstood, marginalized, or underserved by traditional mental health systems.
