Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, PTSD, and other life stressors. With experience in psychiatric crisis care and community outreach, I believe healing starts with feeling safe enough to show up. My goal is to offer real, judgment-free support that meets you where you are and helps you move toward lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, relationship-centered, and grounded in trust. I use cognitive and exposure therapy, along with mindfulness, as a foundation, but I don’t push agendas or force a process. You set the direction and goals, and I walk alongside you to help make meaningful progress while feeling heard, supported, and in control.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, the space is yours to share what’s been weighing on you. We’ll complete an assessment together, but it won’t feel cold or clinical. My hope is that you leave with clarity, a next step, and a sense of connection. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to support you—reach out to schedule a session.
