Empowering You to Thrive—One Session at a Time

You should know that I am deeply committed to helping you create real, lasting change in your life. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families through life’s toughest moments. As a native of Pueblo, Colorado, I bring a genuine understanding of the community and a compassionate, down-to-earth style that helps clients feel comfortable right away.

I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling, a Master’s in Business Administration, and I am currently completing my Doctorate in Psychology. I specialize in working with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, communication issues, and behavioral challenges. Whether you’re facing emotional overwhelm, navigating a loss, or seeking healthier relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach is empowering, collaborative, and personalized. I work to create a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and learn the tools you need to grow. Together, we’ll strengthen your confidence, build resilience, and help you become the best version of yourself. Your journey matters—and I’m honored to be part of it.

Appointment Format- Telehealth & In-Person

I offer telehealth appointments in the afternoons and evenings, providing flexible access to care for busy schedules. I also offer in-person sessions on Fridays for clients located near the Colorado Springs area.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is empowering, supportive, and focused on helping you reach your fullest potential. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can speak openly, explore your challenges, and learn new ways to grow and heal. Together, we will identify the patterns that hold you back and build practical tools that support confidence, resilience, and healthier relationships.

I use a collaborative style, meaning we work side-by-side to set meaningful goals and create a personalized plan that fits your unique needs. Whether you are struggling with past trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship issues, I strive to help you feel understood, validated, and motivated to move forward. My goal is to guide you toward lasting positive change and help you become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, comfortable, and judgment-free space where you can talk openly about what brought you to therapy. We will begin by discussing your current concerns, your goals, and any challenges you’ve been facing. This is your time to share your story at your own pace, and I will listen closely to understand your needs and experiences.

*

Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that supports your healing and growth. You’ll leave the session with a clearer understanding of how we’ll work together, what your goals may look like, and how therapy can help you move forward. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
