Great to meet you!

My path to becoming a therapist began with personal loss and deep grief, which reshaped how I understood connection and healing. As an educator, I was drawn to supporting students emotionally, but I realized my passion lay in helping people navigate inner struggles more directly. Therapy helped me confront fear and embrace change. That experience, combined with my background in education, laid the foundation for my clinical work. Today, I integrate empathy, resilience, and trauma-informed care to support individuals, couples, and families on their healing journeys.

My approach to therapy

I offer structured, compassionate care for individuals, couples, and families navigating complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges. Sessions are collaborative and transparent, helping you build emotional clarity, strengthen relational patterns, and move toward sustainable healing.

What you can expect from me

Working with me begins in a trauma-informed space where your story is honored at your pace. I listen deeply, explore your history, and help clarify your goals. Together, we create a personalized plan focused on emotional regulation, identity, and relational healing. I support individuals, couples, and parents navigating trauma, attachment injuries, and communication breakdowns. I also offer reflective supervision for clinicians seeking emotional clarity and growth. Progress is gradual and personal—we track shifts in coping, energy, and connection, celebrating small victories that build lasting change.
