Great to meet you!

My clients are adults of all ages working through a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, spiritual disconnection, relationship difficulties, and more. I have a particular interest and additional experience with the LGBTQ population, young adults working to establish their identities, those working through painful grief journeys, and those who are exploring their faith or spirituality.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My job is to join you on your journey of self-exploration and to work with you to find solutions to difficulties in your life. Along the way, I can provide insights, suggestions based on my experiences, and unconditional support. I also use spirituality, in many forms, and dreamwork, if you are interested.

What you can expect from me

We always have room for growth, and often all we need is someone to understand how difficult life can sometimes be. You are unique, and I look forward to discovering how we can work together to get you where you want to be. My goal is always to create a space free from judgment where you can explore who you are, who you want to be, and who you feel called to be.
