Great to meet you!

With 7+ years of professional experience supporting and empowering adults and couples struggling with a wide array of mental health challenges (see Treatment Areas), I prioritize maintaining an open and safe environment where you can begin exploring your innermost thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment - at your pace. If you are seeking to develop the capacity to understand the nature of your difficulties and transform your life from the inside out, consider reading further!

My approach to therapy

We will work from an experiential framework, where I weave Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Coherence Therapy together to guide you towards meaningful and lasting change by deeply discovering the hidden emotional learnings keeping parts of you stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from me

  • Safe, supportive environment to explore and heal core emotions.
  • Self-compassion development through connecting with and understanding all parts of yourself.
  • Uncover and transform patterns rooted in unconscious emotional learnings.
  • Reduce emotional triggers by addressing and releasing past wounds.
  • Build resilience and confidence to navigate challenges with clarity.
  • Experience lasting change by addressing root causes, not just symptoms.
