Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I believe mental health is a key to stability and happiness in life. Therapy can be scary! As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience, I offer a warm, compassionate space for adults navigating life transitions, depression, grief, loneliness, anxiety, and stress. I believe healing begins when you feel truly heard and supported, and I work collaboratively to help you move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll explore what you’re carrying, strengthen coping skills, and create room for growth, relief, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I firmly believe that everyone is unique and has a unique story to tell. Everyone deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I will start with an introductory session where I will listen to your story and learn about what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe and secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
