Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, California. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. My work focuses on supporting adults navigating relationship and intimacy challenges, identity exploration, grief, and major life transitions like a move, job change, or family/relationship shift. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those exploring questions around identity, belonging, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws from relational and experiential therapies, including Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and somatic practices. I aim to create a thoughtful, grounded space where you can better understand yourself and move toward greater clarity and self-trust.

My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and are able to explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand. My goal is to understand what you’ve been experiencing, what feels most important to you right now, and what you hope might change. The first session is also a chance for you to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit.
