Great to meet you!

I want what is best for you! I am confident that through our teamwork and collaboration that we can get you to where you want to be in your life. I can help you to be the best version of yourself and to meet your goals. I had to overcome a lot of adversity, which led me to pursue counseling as a career. I am really passionate about helping people through many different circumstances and situations. Everyone is different and my approach is to meet you where you are at. The most common challenges have been depression, ADHD, stress, anxiety, athletic performance, life/career transitions, substance use, relationships, and grief.

If I had to choose a specialty, it would be working with male adolescents and young adults. However, I can help with any type of obstacle and adversity that you may be facing. With my 10 years of coaching experience, I can also help with mental training and athletic performance with athletes. You can expect care, compassion, positivity, and accountability.

I really look forward to connecting with any potential client with the hopes of creating a collaborative working relationship. I never pretend to have all the answers as I want it to be a genuine team effort to help you reach your goals/potential. I truly want to make a difference in your life and to be a safe and healthy outlet for each of my clients.
