Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 8 years of experience with individual, couples and family therapy. My undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary was in Philosophy and I take great interest in understanding and focus on compassion.

My approach to therapy

I have an integrative approach, having studied many methodologies, and my approach to therapy is collaborative, relational and it's direction unfolds with the synergy with the Client.

What you can expect from me

The first session is establishing a trusting relationship, clarifying and getting some depth of what is going on, and taking a history of the Client sufficient to understand the contexts of their experience. We will also set therapy goals.
