Great to meet you!

My practice is trauma-informed, attachment-informed and focused on you as a whole person—the culmination of your strengths, experiences, relationships, aspirations, and struggles. My specialty is treating trauma, anxiety, depression, complex grief, and prolonged stress.

My approach to therapy

My specialty is treating trauma, anxiety, depression, complex grief, relationship issues, and prolonged stress from an experiential therapy lens. This means that we are actively working through symptoms in session as well as talking about them to gain insight. My process is attuned to your needs in the moment and is geared toward cultivating an empowered relationship with oneself that can be carried into every life context.

What you can expect from me

I prioritize healing from the get-go. In our first session, I will get to know you, your struggles, and your hopes for where you want to go in therapy. Together, we will chart a course toward that goal and get started on that journey immediately!
