Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change happens through a motivational, collaborative, and empowering process. I bring a strong educational and professional background to my work, with experience supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal growth. Together, we’ll work to help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in creating a supportive and helpful space where you feel heard and understood. I use motivational interviewing to help you explore ambivalence, strengthen your internal motivation, and move toward meaningful change. I tailor therapy to your unique goals, drawing from evidence-based practices to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll build insight, practical skills, and confidence so you feel empowered both in and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to share at your own pace. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring your goals for our work together. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and any challenges you’re facing. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying clear, meaningful goals and outline next steps so you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process.
