Great to meet you!

I am a New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate through challenging periods in their life. Also, I have assisted others who feel life is going well, but feel a bit stuck, and want to work on making positive movement towards specific goals. I believe each one of us can benefit from talking in a caring, warm and non-judgmental setting.

My approach to therapy

My practice focuses on adults 18 years of age and older, and couples. My therapeutic approach is very goal oriented and practical. The primary treatment modality I use is CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and eclectic.

What you can expect from me

During your first visit, we will focus on the reason you came in, as well as what you are looking to get out of therapy. We will identify specific goals that will improve your quality of life and begin working on them. The session slots I have available vary, but I usually have A.M. and P.M. openings.
