Great to meet you!

Are you looking for relief from daily struggles, or a better understanding of life's obstacles, or motivation to push through it all? Wanting to see if therapy could be helpful? - Therapy is a chance to learn more about yourself, to heal past wounds, and in doing so, continue to grow and mature into the greatest version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

A psychoanalytic approach examines the many aspects of who we are; our histories, our relationships, our hopes and wishes for the future, and the things getting in the way. Talking about and working together to overcome feelings of anxiety, depression or any other troublesome experiences, is the foundation of my work as a therapist.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a chance to learn more about yourself, to heal past wounds, and in doing so, continue to grow and mature into the greatest version of yourself.

Finding the right therapist can feel hard. Building trust, mutual understanding and an empathetic relationship are the most integral parts of a successful therapeutic outcome. I invite you to contact me and schedule a consultation to see if it's a good fit.
