Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I work with adults, couples, and families to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, clarity, and connection. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the belief that our present struggles are often connected to earlier experiences, relationships, and patterns that can be understood, healed, and transformed. I draw from psychodynamic therapy while integrating evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-focused interventions, and trauma-informed care. Every client is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you. What brings you to therapy? What are your primary concerns? I am seeking to understand your life and how we can work together to cultivate resilience, strengthen your relationships, and lean into a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.
