Great to meet you!

My approach can be very genuine, direct, and honest and while I may not always tell you "what you want to hear," I will provide feedback based on what is best to hear to help improve your insight into your problems. My therapy style may not be for everyone. If you are ready to make changes and are seeking honesty, logic, and a solution focused approach then I may be a good fit for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a total wellness approach to treating mental health disorders and life issues that considers the larger picture of mental health: Mental, Emotional, Physical, Social, Spiritual, Environmental, & Occupational or sense of purpose. Mental health does not occur in a vacuum. I assist people with moving from mere awareness into developing "insight" into their psychology, behaviors, and making necessary changes in order to achieve healthier outcomes with regard to their mental health.

What you can expect from our first session

My Clients can expect to leave my sessions having learned tools/skills, understand concepts while gaining "Insight" into themselves. My Clients will actually learn what it "looks like" for what they need to do in order to achieve the outcomes they want for their life and mental health and not just vague commentary.
