Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health for 50+ years and enjoy immensely understanding how people think and feel. I particularly enjoy helping clients with anxiety and depression but my real love is helping others understand their emotions: how and why they happen and how to deal constructively with them.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients to understand themselves better to meet the challenges they find themselves in. I use an educational perspective as I believe everyone has the ability to be their own therapist with guidance and understanding. I want to work myself out of a job with every client.

What you can expect from me

Success begins with smarter choices. Sometimes we just need someone to help clarify how we are feeling and thinking about something to get energized about some plan or change in our life. Having relationship challenges but can't put your finger on the issues? Wanting to change how you see yourself but not know how to go about it?

We can work together toward making these and more positive changes in your life.
