Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, anger, or difficult life experiences begin affecting your relationships, daily functioning, and overall well-being. You may feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, frustrated by ongoing conflict, struggling to manage overwhelming emotions, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, anger management concerns, trauma, PTSD, family conflict, relationship challenges, stress management difficulties, and major life transitions. With more than 20 years of experience, I help clients better understand themselves, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. Together, we'll create a supportive, respectful environment where you can openly discuss your concerns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients create meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and evidence-based strategies that can improve everyday functioning and strengthen relationships. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Strength-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor treatment to your unique experiences and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, family dynamics, emotional regulation, stress management, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, manage difficult emotions more effectively, and develop healthier responses to life's challenges. My goal is to help you build resilience, increase self-awareness, and create sustainable changes that support long-term emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and valued. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable discussing challenges openly and honestly. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support your growth and well-being. Through therapy, you may experience improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, reduced anxiety and stress, stronger coping skills, increased self-confidence, and a greater sense of balance and control in your life. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
