Great to meet you!

As an AASECT-certified sex therapist and psychotherapist, I provide professional support for individuals addressing concerns related to intimacy, desire discrepancies, sexual health, communication, and both monogamous and non-monogamous relationship structures. My approach is grounded in compassion and evidence-based practice. In a confidential, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed environment, we will identify barriers and develop practical skills to foster satisfying and secure connections.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I focus on establishing a supportive environment that enables patients to communicate effectively, fostering increased self-awareness and positive behavioral change. I maintain a direct manner, actively listen, thoughtfully challenge clients, and examine narratives that may hinder their personal goals.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, you will be invited to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, articulate your goals, and provide any pertinent background information. I will review confidentiality guidelines and outline the therapeutic process to ensure a secure and supportive environment for open communication. Through a collaborative approach, we will work toward facilitating your progress from managing day-to-day challenges to achieving greater fulfillment and well-being.
