Great to meet you!

If you’re a veteran, first responder, or adult carrying the weight of trauma, depression, or chronic stress, therapy can be a place to breathe, feel understood, and start moving forward. You may be used to pushing through alone, even when memories, anxiety, irritability, or emotional exhaustion are affecting work, relationships, and daily life. Together, we can make sense of what you’ve been through, reduce overwhelm, and build practical tools so you can feel more grounded, in control, and like yourself again.

With over 24 years of military service and extensive VA experience, I bring a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans and first responders.

I leverages this deep-rooted perspective to provide mission-focused support, helping those in high-stakes careers navigate trauma and the transition to civilian life - and with someone who truly speaks the language.

My approach to therapy

I use shared decision-making when providing care. We will address your concerns together and determine attainable goals tailored to your specific needs in therapy. One of my therapeutic approaches is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where we examine how your thinking affects your behavior. This is an effective, hands-on approach to treatment but I am here to work with you to make a plan that makes you feel great.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is an evolving process, and we will continue to work together to help you reach your goals. It's normal to feel nervous about starting therapy. We'll take it one step and a time with no judgement.

Outside of work I enjoy going on hikes and traveling across the USA.
