Great to meet you!

On the outside, you look like you have it together. On the inside, your mind won’t slow down. You’re exhausted from overthinking, carrying everyone else’s needs, and wondering why life feels harder than it should.

You’re managing work, family, relationships, and responsibilities, but internally you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what your next step is.

I work with high-functioning adults, parents, and couples who are used to holding everything together but are tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns.

Therapy with me isn’t just a place to talk. Together, we’ll figure out what’s really keeping you stuck, make sense of the patterns that are holding you back, and build practical tools you can actually use in your everyday life.

My style is direct, practical, and down-to-earth. I’ll challenge you when it’s helpful, support you when you need it, and keep things real every step of the way. Clients often tell me they leave sessions with greater insight, a clearer direction, and strategies they can immediately put into practice.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. I’ve also had the opportunity to bring that experience to a national audience as a featured therapist on TLC’s 90 Day: The Last Resort, helping people navigate relationships under extraordinary circumstances.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, burnout, grief, or simply feel like you’ve lost your direction, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the hardest part is simply getting started. If you’re ready for things to feel different, I’d be honored to help.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct, practical, and collaborative.

I’m not the kind of therapist who just listens and sends you on your way. I help you understand what’s actually driving your thoughts, reactions, and patterns and what to do about it.

We’ll connect what’s happening now with where it comes from, so things start to click instead of feeling confusing or stuck.

Sessions are real, focused, and meant to move you forward. You won’t feel like you’re just talking in circles, we’ll work toward changes you can actually feel in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting a real understanding of what’s going on.

We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what brought you in, and what isn’t working right now.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready to. We’ll go at your pace.

I’ll ask questions, help you connect the dots, and start to get a clearer picture of what’s happening underneath the surface.

By the end of the session, most people feel a bit more grounded, less overwhelmed, and have a better sense of where to go from here.
