Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
My clinical background includes work with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem, stress, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family-systems approaches.
