Great to meet you!

I have over twenty years experience working with adults, teens and families across a range of settings, including outpatient, partial, drug and alcohol, home and schools. I match best with adults and older teens struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family struggles, life transitions, or realizing something that worked before is no longer. I believe that the most significant change comes from not just treating symptoms, but through recognizing and understanding our thoughts and emotions through the a holistic lens and empowerment.

My approach to therapy

With my approach, you can expect an open, honest and nonjudgmental space to express yourself. Together we will explore what experiences and relationships that have shaped your thoughts, and feelings, and work together to enact positive change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we will take time to get to know each other. I will want to begin to understand what is bringing you into therapy, and how this has been shaped by past experiences and relationships. I will also be interested in learning about any previous experiences with therapy, and what you may or may not have found helpful.
