Great to meet you!

Have you ever felt like you don’t fit into the boxes you’ve been given or struggled to find your place in the world? Growing up, I always knew I was knew I was different from the people around me, but didn’t know where to turn to find answers about my identity or where I belonged. As a counselor, I work with people who have had similar experiences of discomfort in their relationships, families, and communities.

My approach to therapy

With a focus on the LGBTQ+ community, I work with clients who are trying to better understand themselves and where they fit in the world. Together, we will explore your experiences and their impact, helping you understand and integrate all of the parts of yourself. Whether it’s navigating relationships, understanding your sexuality, or healing from past trauma, I offer tailored counseling that respects and celebrates your unique experiences and all of the things that make you who you are.

What you can expect from me

If you have reached a point in your life that you are seeking insight, direction, or support on your journey, please reach out. We will work collaboratively to empower you to create lasting changes through better understanding, deeper self-knowledge, and increased personal agency. Let’s start this journey towards a more fulfilling and authentic life together!
