Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck in repeating patterns, struggling in relationships, or carrying stress that feels hard to untangle alone? I help individuals, couples, and families better understand themselves, improve communication, and create lasting change. With decades of experience in counseling, community mental health, and private practice, I offer a warm, thoughtful approach grounded in deep listening and practical guidance. My work focuses on relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I work from a Family Systems perspective, helping clients understand how relationships and long-standing patterns shape present struggles. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to offer practical tools for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Therapy with me is collaborative, insight-oriented, and focused on growth, not pathology.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope will change, and what healing or success would look like for you. We’ll begin exploring the patterns and relationships affecting your concerns while creating a clear path forward together.
