Great to meet you!
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with nearly three decades of experience helping people overcome obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related challenges. I have devoted my career to both clinical practice and teaching, serving as a university professor and director of a doctoral program that trains future therapists.
My practice focuses primarily on OCD, including scrupulosity (religious OCD), relationship OCD (ROCD), contamination fears and intrusive thoughts. I believe that therapy should be both compassionate and practical. My goal is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you develop lasting skills that allow you to live the life you want—even when anxiety or uncertainty is present. Whether you have struggled for years or are seeking help for the first time, I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment where meaningful change is possible.
