Great to meet you!

I am a is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Missouri. He completed his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kansas State University (KSU). Bo has experience working with adults and adolescents concerning anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, men’s issues, and parenting.

My approach to therapy

I believe that all people hold within themselves the resources and strengths to foster deep and meaningful change, and he creates a warm, supportive environment where clients can discover and rediscover those abilities. Grounded in my own ongoing work and journey, I bring presence, humility, and genuine care into the therapeutic relationship, trusting that healing emerges through authentic connection rather than quick fixes. In partnership with clients, I aim not only to ease immediate pain but to illuminate deeper patterns, strengthen self-trust, and help people reclaim a sense of resilience and agency in their lives.

What you can expect from me

To be human is to struggle. Although pulling yourself up by your bootstraps is an admirable and common mindset in our society, this philosophy leaves little room for people to be real and confront their struggles in an authentic way, which leads in time to things like discouragement, burnout, and emotional difficulty. So, instead, I invite you to show up just as you are! You can trust that you’ll be met with safety and compassion as we walk together through whatever you’re facing.
