Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a background in military service and a passion for helping teens and adults work through anxiety, trauma, and life stress. I bring both clinical training and real-world experience into the therapy room to create a space that feels supportive and effective. I use evidence-based approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients find relief and move forward. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and capable of creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is straightforward, supportive, and focused on helping you create real change. I’m not here to overcomplicate things or have you talk in circles—I want to help you understand what’s going on and actually feel better. I use evidence-based approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help process trauma and reduce anxiety more efficiently. I tailor each session to your needs so we can focus on what will help you move forward and feel more in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about understanding what’s going on and where you want to go. I’ll ask focused questions to get a clear picture of your situation, and we’ll begin outlining goals and a plan for moving forward. I keep things structured but relaxed—you don’t need to have everything figured out. By the end, you should have a better sense of what’s happening and how we’re going to work on it.
